30 day shredding it

so much like the rest of the blog world, i picked up a copy of jillian michael's 30 day shred. i've heard and read many reviews about this workout--that it kicks your tail, but is so worth it and is very effective with almost immediate results. the idea is that you start at level one and eventually progress to level three, in (hopefully) 30 days.

day 1 is down. wow. i'm going to feel this tomorrow...

anyone else tried this one before?

  1. 30 Day Shred is so brutal, it's not even funny. I've been doing it for a few days and I feel like my arms are falling off! I have a friend who got fantastic results, so at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Good luck with it!
